Since 1968, the Clinic for the Rehabilitation of Wildlife (CROW) has been dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating and releasing sick, injured and orphaned native and migratory wildlife in Southwest Florida. Each year, CROW provides specialized veterinary care and rehabilitation to more than 5,000 wildlife patients, with the goal of returning them to their natural habitats. Through the dedication of its veterinary team, rehabilitators and volunteers, CROW gives wildlife a second chance at life in the wild.

Located on a 15-acre campus on Sanibel Island, Florida, CROW operates a wildlife hospital and Visitor Education Center. Open to visitors of all ages with paid admission, the center features interactive exhibits, daily educational presentations, live wildlife patient cameras and ambassador snakes. Younger visitors can step into the role of a Junior Wildlife Veterinarian through hands-on activities that introduce them to the world of wildlife medicine. Visitors can also explore the gift shop, featuring wildlife-themed merchandise and unique gifts that support CROW's mission.

For a closer look at CROW's work, guided campus tours are available for visitors ages 10 and older for an additional fee, offering a behind-the-scenes glimpse into wildlife rehabilitation and veterinary care. Through these educational experiences, CROW inspires visitors to better understand, appreciate and protect native and migratory wildlife.
