One of the paddling clubs along the Calusa Blueway here in Southwest Florida is hosting a meeting Wednesday, May 11, open to everybody in which club leader Pat Owen will show “Yoga for Kayaking” on a cd. Pat had the pleasure of attending a yoga session with the cd’s star – Anna Levesque – at the East Coast Canoe & Kayak Festival last month. She bought the disc and is wanting everybody to check it out.
