Want to connect with other outdoors and eco-lovers?

The 12th annual Environmental Breakfast is planned for Thursday, Oct. 22, at Riverside Community Center just east of downtown Fort Myers. The view of the Caloosahatchee is grand, and the people who come are great to meet-and-greet with. The event is sponsored by Audubon of Southwest Florida and the Sanibel Captiva Conservation Foundation. It’s free but you have to rsvp. Breakfast is served at 7 a.m. with a speaker and announcements to follow. Everything wraps up by 9 a.m.
